KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The north and southbound lanes of Noland Road in Independence between 49th Terrace and 51st Street, will be closed from Monday morning to Wednesday afternoon for an emergency water main repair.
According to the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), the area of Noland Road that will be closed is just south of 40 Highway and will reopen at about 4 p.m. Wednesday.
MoDOT reminds drivers to slow down and pay attention in construction areas and work zones. It is important to note that not all road closures look the same and to always be on guard.
