RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) – The Hardscrabble Road entrance to The Shores apartment complex will be temporarily closed starting Monday, Jan. 15, according to the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT).
Officials said the closure is part of a project to widen Hardscrabble Road in Richland County, including installing new asphalt, curb, gutter and sidewalk. Construction is projected to last around a week.
Traffic attempting to enter The Shores apartment complex from Hardscrabble Road will be detoured to another entrance on Elders Pond Road, SCDOT added.
