RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. — Residents in Lower Richland Wednesday were forced to find ways around some busy roads in the area after flooding and fallen trees closed sections of streets or make them difficult to drive through.
The South Carolina Department of Transportation said there was 83 road closures across the state, with most of them being in the Lowcountry.
